Mobile Workshop for cleaning Alloy Wheels

The BVT Series of Box Van Trailers is designed, engineered and manufactured for professional use.These light yet robust, durable van trailers offer a versatile option for the transportation of a wide range of loads and equipment both safely and cost effectively. They can readily be transormed into a vending trailer, mobile office or exhibition / hospitality unit. Permutations of the sizes available and the uses our box vans can be put to are virtually endless.

The chassis is fully welded and hot dipped galvanised and sides are 11mm or 14mm thick white GRP-faced ply panels (depending on size) . This is an ideal surface for sign writing or self-adhesive transfers, high-lighting company logos and details making for effective display advertising.

The vans have an alloy-framed superstructure with aerodynamic GRP front on larger models. Translucent roof and roller shutter rear door are standard. Optional full height double doors or heavy duty ramp tailgate with gas strut assistors are also available.

The cast coupling, Softride suspension system and chassis design combine for safe towing and stability either laden or unladen.

Our Box Van Trailers are an extremely popular and practical trailer available in many sizes & weights, with outboard, inboard or underslung wheels ( see price list for all available sizes ) with an impressive array of
optional extras.

These trailers (right and below) were built to the specific designs of a showman. Working on the age-old principle that time is money, his most important crtiteria was that the trailers should be built so that they could be ready for action as quickly as possible and involving as few people as possible. Judicious use of barn door side panels and wind-out awnings in one case and a gas ram-supported canopy, in conjunction with built-in fold down steps in the other, did the job.
